RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 7 days. We cannot refund or exchange after 7 days from purchase date stated on the invoice or 7 days after delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Other non-returnable items induce:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
As our essential oil products are the volatile in nature of and for hygiene reasons, refunds for non-defective products are not allowed. Refunds for defective products are only considered on a case-by-case basis, approval will only be granted from the management after investigation. To complete a return, the invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Under certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in the original condition, damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once the item for return is received and inspected, an email to notify you will be sent to your email address that we have received the returned item. We will then notify you of the outcome of your requested refund.
If it is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The customer will bear any charges imposed by credit card company for refund transactions and the delivery cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, do first check your bank account before contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected. Then you may contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.

Refund is only applicable to regular priced items, sale items cannot be refunded.
A defect is considered an imperfection in a product due to manufacturing or design defect that hinders a product to perform its desired function. If the item you have received is defective, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase details and Life Research Wellness will initiate an investigation to identify the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will proceed to validate a one-time exchange for the customer.

Exchange will be granted If product sold is found to be defective. If product for exchange is a higher priced item than the product purchased, customer will be required to top up the price difference. If the product for exchange is a lower priced item, there will be no change given. Product exchanges can only be performed once on the original transaction, of which will be invalid for exchanges thereafter.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SG STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard Singapore delivery for all purchases is $4. This does not apply to Sentosa Island - the standard delivery fee is $10 for any location on Sentosa Island. FREE standard Singapore delivery applies on all orders over $100. Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days or up to 7 working days during Sale and Promotional Periods (Inc Nov - Dec for Christmas).
If there is no one to receive the order at the given address, the package will be returned to us. For re-deliveries, the standard delivery and standard Sentosa Island delivery will re-apply, even if you purchased above $100.
We only deliver to all locations in Singapore except restricted zones listed by our third-party courier providers. If orders are received for delivery to restricted zones, we will proceed to cancel the order.
Restricted areas include e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.
Maximum weight is 5kg and maximum VW is L+W+H = 100cm. A size surcharge may be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 60cm. Our Concierge Team will contact you if any extra charges apply to your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR OPEN ORDERS
Once your order is processed, we do not accept cancellations. If you placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact customer service at email@example.com or call 89189291 as soon as possible and our customer service team will assist you.
Depending on the stage of order processing, you may be charged a processing fee for your refund, which our customer service team will assist you prior to proceeding with the order cancellation.
Once the order has started processing, we are unable to make any amendments to the shipping address. Changes made to your contact / shipping details in your user account will only be applied to your next order and will not be reflected in any existing orders you have. For any amendments to an existing order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . If your order is cannot be rerouted / or is wrongly delivered as a result of an incorrect shipping address, we are unable to refund the order amount or replace the wrongly delivered items.
